- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Proficient knowledge of office machines (faxes, computers, printers, and telephones).
- Ideal candidate would have at least 2 years of title search/abstracting experience in the state of TN.
- Must be able to work independently and research problems/questions as required.
